For our client, an international market research company located in Amsterdam, are we searching for several:

Scandinavian Native Speakers for interviewcalls (not selling)

We are searching for native speakers in the languages: Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish.

At the market research company are currently around 600 employees working who mostly make interview calls for international projects.

Vacature informatie:

Call Agents are very important for the company. You will be the first person to have contact with the clients, so you have to be correct and professional. You will interview the clients and collect information needed to make a research report. The respondents you are questioning are selected by the company.



Werkzaamheden:
- You will contact customers voor the questions in your own language;
- Collect all the information as you need;
- Correctly work out the information;
- Present the results to the clients.

Functie-eisen:
Wij zoeken: - You understand and speak English;
- Native speaker of one of the languages: Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish.
- Communicative skills;
- Persuasiveness;
- Flexible;
- At least 8 a 12 hours a week available.
